This update improves survey completion rates, makes Charts easier to read, and fixes some Group reporting issues.
New & Improved
- SURVEY: We’ve refined the survey instructions and adjective definitions to make the experience clearer, faster, and easier to follow. Part 1 (“Current”) and Part 2 (“Future”) are now highlighted for quick navigation, and microcopy has been polished for readability and improved survey accuracy. We also added brief “eye breaks” every five words to make scanning the lists easier and more comfortable. These updates help participants move through the survey smoothly and focus on reflecting honestly.
- Additional labels were added to the Charts

Bug Fixes
- Reports created for a specific group did not get added to that group or sub group. now they do.
- First Name auto-text was in the Last name field in survey registration
- Ideals were not showing on some reports even after checked to be included
- Personal was on the Header instead of Snapshot when clients had chosen to show the Top Qualities report instead of Snapshot to their survey takers. Now it says Snapshot.
- The Target Alignment descriptor on the Hiring Report was occasionally not reporting correctly
