This update improves target organization, reporting clarity, and chart readability, and resolves some specific client issues.
New & Improved
- Top Qualities Report Renamed to IRIS Strengths Report. This more accurately reflects the attributes included in the report.
- Survey Engagement attribute was removed: This is a measure of not behavior, but how someone approached the survey. We found that it can cloud the coach's perspective and raises questions with coachee. The validity checks are more appropriate for coaches to evaluate.
- Subscales in the Measure tab are renamed to reflect the new content
- Aggregate group target score was added to the Target page
- Added Axes Labels to Charts like they were in the legacy platform
- List Survey Update:
- To ensure users engage with the entire survey, they now must scroll through the entire list before submitting and click a minimum number of adjectives. This is expected to reduce low validity results for "Too few adjectives checked".
- EC Skills Target report is renamed to Readiness
- My Targets tab was added to the Targets page along with a filter for types of Targets to better organize the page and make it easier to search. Any targets you create from this day forward will be added to the My Targets tab.
Bug Fixes
- Spurious characters on the target screen mouseovers were removed.
- Missing pixel in teh header of the Snapshot page was found and is no longer missing
- IRIS Strengths Report did not generate when clicking Generate Report from the Measure Tab
- Ideals were not showing up in some reports when Ideals were selected
- Survey: Changed IDEAL text at the top of the survey to SELECT
