This update improves survey completion rates, adds client-requested features to report generation, improves group management, and adds a very helpful feature called "Report Templates". (We're confident you'll really like that one!)
New & Improved
- LEGACY IRIS has been officially retired: Every client is now on the new IRIS v3.0. Please use the login from www.IRIS.coach or type in portal.IRIS.coach to login to the new platform.
- SURVEY: Some users struggled with knowing they needed to scroll through the entire survey before they could move on to the second part, or after the second part the had to do the same before they could complete it. We’ve added more detailed instructions at the bottom and a pop-up if they click it before they finish scrolling to the end.
- GROUP MANAGEMENT: When creating Subgroups under another group, you now have the option to have the managers of the top group be automatically applied to the subgroups, so you no longer need to assign Managers to subgroups if they are the same.
- REPORTS:
- Added a Cover Page and About Page to the IRIS Strengths Profile (formerly Top Qualities) report. This is because some users wanted to have a more professional-looking report.
- Updated the report workflow to make it more intuitive
- Updated the ICONS for each type of report, as well as how they are organized/grouped
- You now have the ability to create Report Templates from any report you generate.
Click the three dots next to any report you've already run to create and name a template with the same choices.
Then select that template from the down arrow on the "+ New Report" button on the header to use and manage all of your templates.
