IRIS training is designed to build capability over time.

Not everyone needs the same depth. Some users need to begin using IRIS confidently. Others want mastery. Some apply IRIS within complex organizational systems. The pathway is structured to support that progression.

Start Here: IRIS QuickStart

If you are new to IRIS, begin with IRIS QuickStart.

QuickStart helps you:

  • Navigate your first debrief confidently

  • Use Snapshot effectively

  • Avoid common interpretation errors

  • Translate insight into action

You do not need deep construct knowledge to begin using IRIS well.

Start with clarity. Build from there.
