The IRIS Survey is a structured behavioral assessment that captures patterns influencing performance, relationships, and growth.
Participants complete a 300-word adjective checklist to reflect how they typically operate and how they would like to grow.
The survey is brief, accessible, and designed for practical use in coaching, leadership development, and talent contexts.
What the Survey Measures
The IRIS Survey measures interconnected behavioral domains, including:
- Motivational drivers
- Self-regulatory capacities (such as awareness, restraint, and resilience)
- Thinking patterns
- Relational styles
- Strength expressions
These patterns are coachable and can be developed over time.
Real and Ideal
The survey captures two perspectives:
- Real — how someone currently tends to operate
- Ideal — how they would prefer to grow or develop
Viewing these side by side helps identify:
- strengths
- growth priorities
- areas of alignment
How Long It Takes
Most participants complete the survey in 15–20 minutes.
It can be completed on:
- desktop
- tablet
- mobile device
How Results Are Used
Once completed, results are available within the IRIS platform for review.
Coaches and administrators use these results to:
- Clarify strengths
- Identify development priorities
- Guide coaching conversations
- Track growth over time
What IRIS Measures (and doesn’t)
IRIS does not label or categorize personality types.
It measures behavioral patterns that can evolve through intentional development.
IRIS doesn’t tell people who they are.
It helps them see how they’re showing up—and where they want to grow.
