The IRIS Survey is a structured behavioral assessment that measures patterns that influence performance, relationships, and growth.
Participants complete a 300-word adjective checklist designed to capture how they typically operate and how they would like to grow.
The survey is brief, accessible, and built for practical application in coaching, leadership development, and talent contexts.
What the Survey Measures
The IRIS Survey measures interconnected behavioral domains, including:
Motivational drivers
Self-regulatory capacities (such as awareness, restraint, and resilience)
Thinking patterns
Relational styles
Strength expressions
These patterns are coachable and can be developed over time.
Real and Ideal
The survey includes two perspectives:
Real — how someone currently tends to operate
Ideal — how they would prefer to grow or develop
Viewing these side by side helps identify strengths, growth priorities, and areas of alignment.
How Long It Takes
Most participants complete the survey in approximately 15–20 minutes.
The survey can be completed on a desktop, tablet, or mobile device.
How Results Are Used
Once completed, results become available within the IRIS platform for review.
Coaches and administrators use these results to:
Clarify strengths
Identify development priorities
Guide coaching conversations
Track growth over time
IRIS does not label or categorize personality types.
It measures behavioral patterns that can evolve with intentional development.
