Sharing a Survey Link (URL Method)

The URL method allows you to share a survey link directly with participants via email, text, or embedded in another system.

Use this option when you want flexibility in how the survey is distributed.

Step 1: Generate or Copy the Survey Link

Navigate to the survey settings area of your account and copy the designated survey URL.

(If your account supports group-specific links, ensure the correct group is selected before copying.)

Step 2: Distribute the Link

Share the link:

• In an email

• Via text message

• Inside a learning platform

• On a secure internal page

Participants will follow the link and complete the survey through the same secure interface.

Tracking Completion

Survey responses submitted through the URL method are recorded in your IRIS account and can be tracked within the Surveys list.

If participants are not pre-created in the system, they may be added automatically upon submission depending on your account configuration.

When to Use This Method

The URL method is useful when:

• Surveying large groups

• Embedding the survey in another system

• Sending links via text message

• Running workshops or live sessions

Important Note

Regardless of the delivery method, survey results are accessed and managed within the IRIS platform.
