Resetting Your Password

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it from the login page.


Step 1: Go to the IRIS Portal

Visit https://portal.iris.coach.


Step 2: Select “Forgot Password”

On the login page, select Forgot Password.


Step 3: Enter Your Email Address

Enter the email address you used to complete the IRIS survey, then follow the instructions sent to your inbox.

You may need to check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email.


Create a New Password

Follow the link in the reset email to create a new password.

Once completed, you can log in using your updated credentials.

If you are unable to reset your password, contact your program administrator or organization for assistance.
